Mr.Expert KOOL KEEP is an environment friendly elastomeric preparation and is recommended as a thermal barrier coating and provided heat insulation along with its flexible nature. This can be used on clean and mechanically sound substrates such as metal, wood, brick, plastered surface, concrete etc. It can substantially reduce both peak temperature and daily temperature cycle, which any exterior surface or rood membrane is exposed to. It reduces thermal transmission and helps in saving in utility costs. This has good elongation properties and hence remains intact while the building goes through the cycle of stresses arising from expansion and contraction.
